What do I need to prepare?
A quiet room with about 2 × 3 metres of clear floor space, or a sheltered spot on a terrace. We bring the massage bed, fresh linen, oils and music. A shower beforehand is lovely but not required.
Can I book same-day?
Usually, yes. Live availability is on the booking page. For under two hours’ notice, WhatsApp us first.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your start time and your deposit is refunded. Later cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit secures your booking and is refundable up to 24 hours before your start time; the balance is paid by card on arrival. We do not carry cash.
Is travel included?
Included in Sea Point, Green Point, Clifton, Bantry Bay and Camps Bay. City Bowl, Gardens and Woodstock +R150; Southern Suburbs +R250–R400; Stellenbosch +R500. Starts before 9am or after 6pm are by arrangement and carry an after-hours surcharge.
Who are your therapists?
ITEC- or CIDESCO-qualified, insured and personally vetted.
Is this a medical service?
No. Kaliel Wellness offers relaxation, wellness and therapeutic massage, but we are not a medical service and do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you are pregnant or have a health condition, please check with your doctor before booking.
